ACD Support and Maintenance

Damovo UK Ltd had a requirement to provide one of their customers with contact centre Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) support services.
Damovo was looking for a supplier who could fulfill their support requirements to a high standard and implement support services effectively, within minimal timescales.
Support services were required for an Aspect Spectrum ACD solution in one of Damovo’s client’s contact centres.
The system provides call handling capability for over 200 agents and forms a critical segment of their ‘business to customer’ services.
